ADOC 2021 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

          EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

ADOC recognize that it is their responsibility to ensure that plans, procedures
and resources are readily available to effectively respond to emergency
situations that may arise. A robust Corporate Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
has been developed by ADOC for responding to unplanned situations. The ERP Human Environment
details the systems and various measure to contain and control the effect of Life
major incidents that may occur. It is the responsibility of General Management,
through the HSE Manager, to make sure that the procedure is in place and
operable and where the selected personnel are trained to act as a team under
          the incident commander. Protection Business
                                                                           of Facilities
Furthermore, ADOC has an Oil Spill Response Plan (OSRP) in place consisting Continuity
of two response plans: Oil Spill Response Plan for Mubarraz Island, ARST and
HST, and a separate plan for CFP and Mubarraz Field. The OSRP provides the
strategy, responsibilities, and procedures necessary to execute an immediate
response to any oil spills that occur. This is crucial given the location of ADOC’s Emergency Response Priorities
activities within a marine protected area to contain any accidental releases to the marine environment on the off chance should
          they occur.

Throughout 2021, a total of 26 emergency drills were conducted. Although originally 27 drills were planned, one drill, an Oil Spill
Exercise, had to be cancelled as a precaution against COVID-19.

          SECURITY

At ADOC, the AD Manager is the person in-charge of Security in our office in Abu Dhabi whilst security of our operational
sites falls under the Critical Infrastructure and Costal Protection Authority (CICPA). CICPA is the official authority responsible
for issuing security clearance for companies and employees working within any of Abu Dhabi’s critical establishments for the
security and protection of all critical infrastructure and resources in Abu Dhabi.

At each of the offshore facilities, the installation and maintenance of the security systems are the responsibility of CICPA. A
                                                                                                 .
Security Control and Command room with associated equipment such as cameras has been installed at the CFP Plans are also
in place for a permanent security system for HST and the design has been agreed by CICPA.

          ASSET INTEGRITY

The main objective of asset integrity management is to ensure that assets perform their required functions throughout their
life cycle while managing overall risks As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP). It will systematically help to ensure that the
appropriate people, systems, processes, and resources are in place, in use and will perform when required.

When integrity of assets is managed and maintained properly, not only does it help to drive sustainable performance but
also optimize operational safety and safeguard the environment. ADOC is in the process of developing comprehensive Asset
Integrity Management System in line with ADNOC standards and guidelines.
