ADOC 2021 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

         HEALTH

At ADOC we take pride in valuing the health and wellbeing of our employees. As part of the comprehensive benefits package
provided to all full-time employees, we provide non-occupational medical and healthcare services through universal health
coverage. We have a total of two clinics and one first aid post which we operate, thus ensuring that the health and wellbeing
of our employees are being taken care of while working both onshore and offshore. The clinics are located in the Abu Dhabi
Office and Mubarraz Island, the first aid post in the CFP facility. All three locations are audited annually by the Department of
Health each year for the licensing.
Our employees working offshore can benefit from the various offshore facilities whilst our staff based in Abu Dhabi may use
the ADOC clinic for medical examinations and available treatment services. If further examination and treatment is deemed
necessary, both onshore and offshore employees may request a referral from the ADOC doctor. Employees are also able to
seek medical treatment in government and private hospitals outside of the clinic whenever required using the health insurance
         coverage provided by ADOC.

         INFLUENZA VACCINATION PROGRAM 2021

As part of our ADOC Clinic campaign for health promotion and disease prevention, this year we have continued to conduct our
‘Influenza Vaccination Program 2021’. Originally initiated in 2013, this program aims to prevent influenza and increase protection
and immunity of ADOC staff against flu and flu-like symptoms, most especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
ADOC collaborates with the Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA) to conduct the vaccination campaign in-house for all ADOC
direct hire and contractor hire with their families at both our onshore and offshore facilities.

This scheme has been successful in reducing the number of patient clinic visits due to influenza. This benefits the company in
terms of adequate healthy manpower for both on shore and offshore sites. In addition, we believe the influenza vaccination is
cost-effective to the company since it focuses on the prevention rather than the treatment of the disease.

In 2021, no work-related ill health incidents occurred for ADOC employees or Contractors. Physical and mental health impacts
related to COVID-19 were communicated to employees through voluntary health promotion programs. Fatigue management
training was provided, and a campaign also carried out for all staff. As part of the HSEIA process, an Occupational Health Risk
Assessment was undertaken to identify and list agents potentially hazardous to health, evaluate risks to health, decide on control
measures required, consider any emergency (recovery) measures needed, demonstrate compliance to ADNOC Standards and
Federal laws, and demonstrate the effectiveness of controls.
