          A Whistle Blowing Policy has been established enabling any concerns over fraud or unethical matters during work to be raised
          anonymously by employees. Our employees are urged to report any fraud or unethical matters they encounter, through a
          confidential means of reporting. This ensures the protection of any individual who wish to report in good faith.

          The “Grievance Procedure” defined in the “Personnel Manual” of ADOC outlines how all personal complaints and grievances

          CONFLICTS OF INTEREST


          Our Code of Conduct prohibits any of our employees of our associates at ADOC from engaging in activities which have the
          potential to jeopardize our integrity. ADOC does not engage in transactions that compete with the Company. Furthermore,
          transactions with our competitors or other acts that conflict with the interests of ADOC are strictly prohibited, including the
          prohibition of insider trading at ADOC.


          HUMAN RIGHTS



          Within our Code of Conduct philosophy, human rights issues are of paramount importance. We are honest in our business
          activities and transactions and reserve the right to cease business with partners should they be involved with any infringement
          of human rights. At ADOC we respect all who we interact with while supporting the principles of the Universal Declaration of
          Human Rights, prohibiting discrimination, forced work against workers’ rights and underage employment, respecting indigenous
          people and eliminating security measures that infringe on human rights.  Consequently, all of our operations have undergone
          human rights reviews.
