            CODE OF CONDUCT




            The rules, responsibilities, and proper practices of the organization are outlined in ADOC’s Code of Conduct, with the purpose
            of maintaining a standard for acceptable behavior within the Company and the wider society. This document sets out the
            initiatives required to put the corporate vision into practice, as well as the ethical guidelines that as members of the ADOC
            organization we should each follow. At ADOC, all of our actions are guided by the principles of fairness and honesty.

            ADOC is dedicated to following all applicable laws and regulations, as well   TRAINING ON WORK
            as acting fairly and sincerely as a member of the society in all Company
            activities, as outlined through our Corporate Ethics Regulations. ADOC   AND BUSINESS ETHICS
            have a corporate ethics committee that decides, promotes, executes,   91 ADOC employees undertook training
            and  audits  the  corporate  ethics  of  the  organization. As  part  of  the
            Corporate Ethics Regulations, all Company employees and Contractors        on Work and Business Ethics.
            are required to follow the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct,   Grade 17 and above – 8 employees
            which outlines the initiatives outlined in ADOC’s corporate vision. All   Grade 14 to 16 – 12 employees
            staff receive regular training on work and business ethics; in 2021 a total   Grade 11 to 13 – 50 employees
            of 91 employees undertook this training, including our new hires, as well
            as 96 Contractor staff. This is an increase compared to 2020.   Grade 10 – 21 employees
