SDG ALIGNMENT
ADOC have a total of two clinics and one first aid post which we operate, thus ensuring that the health
and wellbeing of our employees are being taken care of while working both onshore and offshore.
ADOC have consistently reported zero fatalities for many years, with zero fatalities in 2021. ADOC
also recorded no Lost Time Injuries (LTIs), meeting their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target, while
the Contractors unfortunately recorded one LTI, which is also within the ADOC KPI. ADOC promotes
the health and wellbeing of all employees by providing medical care and training to ensure all staff are
competent in their work to avoid health and safety risks and incidents.
ADOC provides an environment that supports decent work conditions for all. This SDG is supported
through provision of continuous training and education, as needed by ADOC’s employees and
contractors. Since majority of the proportion of on-site workers constitute of migrant workers, ADOC
has the responsibility of promoting safe and secure working environments at all times.
Employee and operation safety is a top priority at ADOC, and we endeavor to assure the safety of all our business activities as
we aspire to become a safe, accident-free company. Our “Safety First, Think before Act” ethos is reinforced to all that work for us
through our robust Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) that we implement.
