ADOC’S HSEMS

Our HSEMS complies with international standards, the
laws and regulations of the UAE as well as safety-related 1 Leadership & Commitment
guidelines established by ADNOC, and it manages the
hazards identified for every activity or project. 2 Policy &Strategic Objectives

Our HSEMS is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Organization, Resources
cycle. In regard to health and safety, this entails developing 3 competence
systematic initiatives and procedures for identifying hazards in
the workplace and minimizing accidents. In addition, the training 4 Risk Evaluation Management
of employees in accident prevention, accident response,
emergency preparedness and use of personal protective 5 Planning, Standards & Proceclures
equipment, where necessary, are also key considerations, Corrective action
ultimately aiding the prevention of incidents and losses.

From an environmental perspective, it entails developing a 6 Implementation & Monitoring
systematic approach to adhering to environmental laws and
regulations, for example from managing waste or air emissions to 7 Audit
minimizing the carbon footprint of the company.

The HSEMS covers all ADOC employers and activities. In 8 Management Review
addition, all third parties are required to follow the ADOC
HSEMS as per the general terms and conditions that are CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
signed by all of our Contractors/ Suppliers.
The HSE Procedure is also implemented by ADOC on various topics to execute our activities to meet the HSEMS requirements.
These include procedures such as Assurance of Competence, HSE Training, Management of Contractor HSE, Ensuring Legal
Compliance, Near Miss Reporting, HSEMS Action Tracking, etc.
