ADOC 2022 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT




               At ADOC, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. We value every individual and their
               fundamental right, and we seek to encourage their professional growth and foster an environment where all
               employees can thrive. Our HR and AD Departments are responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition,
               training and career development opportunities, a healthy work environment and fair and generous benefits and
               compensation structures to all employees.
