Remuneration Policies
A basic salary with various allowances is provided to all of our employees, depending on their position within the
organization. For instance, housing and allowances, in addition to overtime payments are provided to our junior
employees, and senior executives are eligible for a management allowance. Furthermore, all employees that have
completed 10-, 20-, 25- or 30-years’ service receive a long-term service bonus in the month of their work anniversary
as a way of acknowledging them for their long-term commitment to ADOC.
For all UAE Nationals employed with us at ADOC, we contribute to their pensions throughout their employment.
In addition, all employees leaving employment with ADOC are entitled to an end of service benefit as per the UAE
Labor Law. Based on their base salary and years of service, the gratuity payment is determined.
Training and Development
We recognize that the key to the success and competitiveness of ADOC as an organization is the knowledge, skill
and productivity of our valuable employees. We encourage our employees to improve their capabilities through
their daily work and are dedicated to supporting their technical and non-technical development through training
opportunities and programs to retain a robust and driven workforce.
ADOC are pleased with the variety of training opportunities provided to all employees with 686 hours of training
being undertaken in 2022. In addition, 232 hours of training were also provided to our contractor staff, of which 44
and 188 hours of training were provided to senior and junior staff, respectively. Alongside external training courses,
we have also continued to provide employees with additional in-house training over the past year.
