Opportunity
Our workforce reflects different ethnicities, cultures
and diversity, as reflected in the below graph. ADOC
recognizes that embracing the cultural diversity of
our personnel is extremely advantageous to the
development of the organization since it integrates
various backgrounds, capabilities, knowledge and
experiences which are the foundation for creating a
dynamic, motivated and productive work environment.
Our commitment to equal opportunity and diversity is also reflected in our prohibition of discrimination based on
gender and age. Out of our total workforce in 2022, females represented 13% of employees. The oil and gas sector
is traditionally male dominated and this reflects the impartiality of our hiring policy to either gender. This percentage
is the same as the previous year.

the UAE Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071. It is based on a national framework of three main levels: individuals,
society and the country. The Strategy includes 14 components and nine strategic objectives, which include enhancing
people’s wellbeing by promoting healthy and active lifestyles, promoting good mental health and adopting positive thinking.
