ADOC 2022 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
ADOC has produced a five-year
manpower plan (2019 – 2023) in
order to target an increase in the
number of Emirati Nationals within
the organization each year. At the
end of 2022, 35% of our workforce
comprised UAE Nationals; a marginal
1% decrease in the number of
Emiratis in comparison to 2021.
We aim to continue to increase our
efforts to achieve the desired result
of the Emiratization program in
forthcoming years.
To enhance the employability and develop the been providing substantial benefits in the development
UAE Nationals existing workforce at ADOC, the of the trainees’ knowledge, skills and performance.
HR Department implements programs such as the In 2022, a total of, four employees participated in the
Competency Based Training (CBT) Program for both training program, representing 7% of the total Emirati
technical and non-technical disciplines. This program has workforce at ADOC.
Our Community
ADOC continues to deliver their Japanese Language Teaching Program (JLTP), primarily conducted at the Applied
Technology High School (ATHS), with the objective of contributing to the development of the younger generation in
Abu Dhabi. The JLTP aims to teach the students the Japanese language while also introducing them to Japanese culture
through various cultural activities such as Tea ceremony and Japanese food preparation such as sushi and onigiri.
